• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Performance and error logs (for debugging and analytics)
• Anonymous usage statistics to improve user experience

We do not collect or sell personally identifiable browsing or advertising data.

1.3 Health Connect Data

If you grant permission, we may access limited health-related data via your device's health platform to power fitness features.

• Collection and Usage of Health Data: Our mobile application may request read access to steps and calorie information. This data is collected solely to enhance your experience and enable health and fitness features.
• Purpose of Health Data Access: We utilize these permissions to track daily steps and calories. This data is processed locally on your device and is not shared with any third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

Most user data (workouts, meals, progress, etc.) is stored locally on your device, giving you full control and offline access.

3.2 Cloud Storage

Optional cloud synchronization is provided via Supabase, a secure, privacy-focused backend service.

• Supabase data is encrypted both in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
• Only you can access your account data with valid authentication credentials.

3.3 Security Measures

We use modern security practices, including:

• Secure HTTPS communication
• Role-based authentication
• Regular database monitoring
• Encrypted backups

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your personal data is retained as long as your account remains active.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support@peakevolv.com. Upon deletion, all personal and fitness data (local and cloud) will be permanently erased within a reasonable period. Cached or backup data may remain temporarily for system integrity.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share limited data only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted partners like Supabase, used solely for hosting and technical support.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or government request.
• Business Transfers: In case of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, users will be notified before data transfer.

We never share user data for marketing or advertising purposes.
